The company was founded in May 2022 as the result of a decision about which direction to take. The old had ended and the new was about to begin. For over 30 years I worked in the international corporate world, primarily in consulting, and for a time I also worked on the client side in banking and insurance. This work gave me a sense of purpose, because we worked as one team together with the client to find suitable solutions. Collaboration was built on mutual trust and respect. It was necessary to find a balance between the effort invested and the price of the work.

The reason for founding my own company was the need to approach tasks differently from the way large international firms currently dictate. To have the freedom to take a new path.

A significant breakthrough came in February 2025 at a seminar held by the company Gerwin, where the decision was made to align the company's mission with what the products Wahre Lebenswerte – True Life Values – represent.
